FAQs

How do I know if I need to see a podiatrist?

At Petite Podiatry Co we focus on problems with the skin on your feet and toe nails, but if you aren’t sure if you need to see us then please contact us to discuss what would be appropriate and we will be happy to provide advice.

How do I get to Petite Podiatry Co?

We are located on the second floor, 24 Front Street Tynemouth, with the metro station 5 minutes walk from us. The nearest bus stops are Tynemouth Road Allendale Place and Tynemouth Village. We are within easy reach of the local areas of Whitley Bay, Cullercoats, Monkseaton and Shiremoor within North Tyneside.

Do you have parking?

There is paid for car parking provided by the council on front street with a maximum 2 hour stay.

How accessible are you?

Unfortunately, we are on the second floor of an older building and therefore there is no lift access. We are aware this will be limiting for some people and apologise for the problems this creates.

How do I book an appointment?

Please use our ‘book appointment’ page and this will take you to our calendar. Please note a 50% non-refundable deposit paid via card is required to secure a booking.

What types of payment do you accept?

We take card, contactless, cash or bank transfers once you have received your treatment.

I have an appointment but can’t attend, can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, but require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancellation. This can be done by yourself using via our booking system or by contacting us via email or phone. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice full payment will be taken using the card you paid your deposit with.

How do I make a complaint?

If you feel that you are not satisfied with the care you receive then your first action should be to contact us via phone or email. We can arrange a time to discuss your complaint further and see how it can be resolved. We aim to deliver a service to a high standard and want to hear how we can make things better.
