If you still require an appointment you will need to rebook and pay for the appointment in full in advance

Please note that Petite Podiatry Co. kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for re-scheduling or cancelling appointments
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, there is no guarantee that you can be treated. No refund will be available in this instance.
Contacting the clinic to inform of your late arrival does not guarantee that you can be seen.

You should receive an SMS and Email confirmation at the time of booking and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you have not received confirmation of your appointment, you may not be booked in. Call 07735858689 or email info@petitepodiatryco.com to confirm if you are unsure.
We are aware that from time to time circumstances dictate that an appointment may be missed. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the clinic.
